Et proposem fer tres respiracions profundes i centrar-te, durant una estona, en reflexionar sobre la salut mental i com tens cura d&#8217;ella&#8230;<\/p>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s la salut mental?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>La salut mental t\u00e9 a veure, entre\u00a0moltes coses, amb com afronto la vida, com cuido el meu cos, com gestiono les situacions dif\u00edcils i com em relaciono amb la meva gent i amb la comunitat.<\/p>\n<p>En el fons, \u00e9s la capacitat de sentir, pensar i actuar per poder gaudir de la vida i fer front als nostres reptes. \u00c9s sentir que existeix un equilibri en totes les dimensions de la nostra vida.<\/p>\n<p><strong>PER\u00d2, A VEGADES AQUEST EQUILIBRI ES TRENCA&#8230; QUINES S\u00d3N\u00a0<span class=\"hiddenGrammarError\">LES SENYALS<\/span>\u00a0QUE INDIQUEN QUE PODRIA TENIR UN PROBLEMA DE SALUT MENTAL?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Hi ha<strong> 5 senyals d&#8217;alerta<\/strong> que m&#8217;ajudaran a detectar que aquest equilibri s&#8217;ha trencat.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>No em sento jo mateix\/a.<\/li>\n<li>Em sento nervi\u00f3s\/a o de mal humor.<\/li>\n<li>Tinc tend\u00e8ncia a a\u00efllar-me.<\/li>\n<li>Em cuido menys que de costum.<\/li>\n<li>Sento desesperan\u00e7a.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h5><span style=\"color: #000080;\">I qu\u00e8 puc fer per a tenir cura de la meva salut mental?<\/span><\/h5>\n<p>\u00c9s important incorporar h\u00e0bits i accions en la meva vida que m&#8217;ajudin a restaurar i sentir que torno a estar en equilibri com, per exemple:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aprendre a escoltar-me.<\/li>\n<li>Acceptar-me tal com soc i acceptar els i les altres.<\/li>\n<li>Ajustar el que vull fer al que puc fer i plantejar-me reptes realistes.<\/li>\n<li>Fer activitat f\u00edsica regular.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir relacions sanes i crear noves connexions.<\/li>\n<li>Afavorir activitats variades que suposin un repte, amb les quals aprengui coses noves i em generin inter\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li>Tenir moments regulars de desconnectar del m\u00f2bil i de les pantalles.<\/li>\n<li>Evitar el consum d&#8217;alcohol, tabac i altres drogues.<\/li>\n<li>Penses en\u00a0alguna cosa\u00a0m\u00e9s o diferent?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ara b\u00e9, no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil restaurar o recuperar aquest equilibri. De vegades no ens en sortim.
