A continuaci\u00f3, trobar\u00e0s alguns consells per a mantenir-te fresc\/a i evitar un cop de calor durant les pr\u00f2ximes setmanes:<\/p>\n<h5><strong>1. Hidratat de manera constant<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Beure suficient aigua \u00e9s essencial per a mantenir el nostre cos fresc. Es recomana evitar les begudes alcoh\u00f2liques o amb cafe\u00efna, ja que poden deshidratar-te.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>2. Utilitza roba lleugera i fresca<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Els colors clars i els teixits lleugers t&#8217;ajudaran a regular la temperatura corporal.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>3. Utilitza protecci\u00f3 solar<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Aplica de manera regular una crema solar amb un factor de protecci\u00f3 solar (FPS) adequat (m\u00ednim FPS 30). <a href=\"http:\/\/blogs.fhag.es\/index.php\/2024\/06\/13\/com-cuidar-la-teva-pell-per-a-prevenir-el-cancer\/\">Consulta aqu\u00ed com cuidar la teva pell.<\/a><\/p>\n<h5><strong>4. Menja aliments frescos<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Incorporar en la teva dieta fruites i verdures fresques t&#8217;ajudar\u00e0 a mantenir-te hidratat\/da, ja que moltes contenen un alt contingut d&#8217;aigua.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>5. Evita les hores punta<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>De 12 h a 16 h s\u00f3n, generalment, les hores de m\u00e9s calor. Si necessites sortir, estigues a l&#8217;ombra sempre que sigui possible.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>6. La teva llar, fresca<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Tanca cortines i persianes durant el dia i ventila a la nit. Si \u00e9s possible, utilitza ventiladors o aire condicionat per a mantenir una temperatura confortable dins de casa.<\/p>\n<h5><strong>7. Apr\u00e8n a identificar els signes de cop de calor<\/strong><\/h5>\n<p>Inclouen marejos, suor excessiva, pell envermellida i seca, i confusi\u00f3. Si observes aquests s\u00edmptomes, busca atenci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica immediatament.<\/p>\n<p>Durant els mesos de m\u00e9s calor, tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s important tenir especial cura dels m\u00e9s vulnerables: nens\/es, persones grans i persones amb condicions m\u00e8diques que els fa ser m\u00e9s vulnerables a la calor.
